  1. I have been in this phase for a LONG time. I broke my back in the military and over time every disk from L-1 to S-1 is heavily deteriorated or damaged or both. I have had one spinal fusion already but I am in terrible pain every day. I am trying to hold on but eventually I am going to tap out on life and go from passive to active solutions.
