  7. Neanderthal's brains were almost like ROM in a computer. They did not learn like modern humans did. If you look at the most ancient Neanderthal tools from 400,000 years ago and look at the newest Neanderthal tools from 50,000 years ago you will see they barely changed. Humans were always pushing technological development and they were able to out compete Neanderthals.
