  1. Trump needs to order the military to reverse their DEI position when it comes to promotions. In the Navy you used to have to pass a competency exam in your rate in order to get promoted. Not enough minorities were passing the test so the Navy REMOVED the test as a condition of promotion. That led to countless less qualified people getting promoted solely on the color of their skin, not job knowledge.
