@apeehimalayachand4869 It is not, it is its own sovereign nation.

They should just get rid of the flight deck and mission bay and simply install a huge VLS array and turn these things into arsenal ships.

It is interesting that on September 10th, 2001 Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfield gave a speech at the Pentagon where he cited the need for a unified computer network and a unified accounting system for the DOD. He said that the Pentagon had over 100 individual computer networks that did not talk to one another. They all used different accounting software and accounting standards. Add in the multiple layers of bureaucracy and the Pentagon could not track 50% of the daily transactions and 4.3 trillion dollars was unaccounted for. To account for that money expensive and time consuming audits would have to be done of each and every single department within the Pentagon. Having a unified network, purchasing, and accounting system would save the DOD BILLIONS of dollars every year and allow the DOD to be able to better manage its money and the public trust. The very next day the attacks on September 11th happened and the war on terror began. Rumsfield's dream of revamping the entire DOD would never be realized. Conspiracy theorists often use the 4.3 trillion in unaccounted for money as a so called smoking gun proving 9/11 was an inside job but they would be wrong like they always are. Over the next six years forensic accounting teams conducted audits and were able to account for more than 97% of the money but without any changes to how the DOD does business the problem just keeps reoccurring year after year.

As an insurance agent I can answer that question. Insurance is about RISK.....in poor neighborhoods the risk is several times higher due to high crime rates. One of the biggest factors in your auto insurance rates is credit score, poor people have lower credit scores due to poor personal choices. Another factor that determines rates is how often do you file claims. Poor people file more insurance claims than middle class and higher. Poor people are also much more likely to commit insurance fraud. So the reason insurance is more expensive is 100% SELF INFLICTED by those neighborhoods.

Soccer is so BORING, if a game can end in a nil nil tie that sport is broken. Soccer also doesn't do enough to showcase the freak athleticism of elite athletes like sports like Football, Baseball, Basketball and Hockey do.

@ageminiani Not true, it is Venezuela's Government that makes them inefficient. Their insistence on nationalizing their oil industry caused it to collapse. The refineries they do have were designed to process medium to light crudes. The do not have the expertise to construct refineries for heavier crudes so they have to send it abroad. No petroleum company is going to invest the billions of dollars to construct a refinery in that nation due to their economic policies. It is possible to be resilient and efficient but GOVERNMENTS prevent that from happening. They cause far more problems than they resolve.

I can't figure it out. Why would you leave a state that has been turned into a third world shithole by Democrats then turn around and vote Democrat?

The way we fix common core is to disband the department of education and return the responsibility of educating its citizens to the states. Since the Department of Education was created US schools have steadily slipped down in world rankings. Government creates more problems than it solves.

The simplest approach is to require China and India to liquidate 66% of their collective populations. China is the worlds largest polluter, they put out more CO/2 than the US, Canada, Mexico and the EU COMBINED. The reduction in CO/2 emissions China and India would generate they would generate with a populations of 350 million vs 1.4 billion would be enough to reverse the climate change trend.

@dennisp8520 Instead of why build the infrastructure to assemble it here? Thinking of the economy from a consumer standpoint is what is killing this country and is concentrating the wealth of the world in the fewest hands possible.

Yep enviro Nazi's are nut jobs.

Simple explanation. The Funeral business is staffed by parasites who feed off of the grief of others.

@Bartonovich52 Having another 80 cells for various missiles is far more important than redundant helicopters.

The newest generation of Nuclear reactors don't generate Nuclear waste like the old reactors. A lot of progress has been made in the last 50 years but the Greenpeace wackos won't even consider looking at Nuclear energy with an open mind. There are even reactor designed that would consume the nuclear waste we already have and generate electricity while doing it.

3.5 Billion dollars to develop a space suit? Criminal investigations need to help to find out who is embezzling 95% of that money.
1
@raptorwhite6468 Yet Space-X's suites cost 12 million. My point being the Government is so corrupt they overpay by about 100 for everything.
1
Robert I guarantee Elon could make a better suit for 1/3 the cost.

Limited war leads to never ending war. The entire reason for war is to break the will of the enemy to resist. In Afghanistan they need to carpet bomb the cities and villages and depopulate the country to a point where the will to resist is broken.
