  1. If I am a retailer and I wanted to have a store in a black neighborhood this is how I would do it. The storefront would have a lobby and 50 kiosks where customers order their goods. Pullers will pull their order for them and hand it off to a checker. The checker double checks the order to make sure it is right. The customer pays for their order at the kiosk and only then does the customers order get passed to them through a secure scuttle. The customer will never have direct access to ANY merchandise they have not paid for. Theft is solved.
