Well spotted. It was in fact the adjective that gave wokeists the excuse to cancel DS. No doubt you know as I do he used it to express frustration at a lie, not out of disapproval of any particular group of human beings. Did wokeists know that or did they believe their own lies? Who can tell?

Yes indeed. The USA didn't pop up ready-cooked a couple of hundred years ago like some seem to think. It stands on the shoulders of British giants who took long and difficult centuries to build our own country, which we then exported to the New World. Let's hope you and we survive the latest assault from forces foreign to us both. Wokeism. Might turn out to be the most hazardous enemy we ever faced. Good luck!
