A symptom of the essential warlikeness of the kuffars' countries (the House of War) is that the Muslim system of law: Shariah does not prevail therein. When it does as it inevitably will, according to the scriptures, the human race will be at one in blissful Islamic peace as Muslims and Dhimmis forever.
