  1. China is completely correct. (Never thought I'd say that!) If the West wants a peaceful solution to the Ukraine war it should take on board the security concerns of Russia. Margaret Thatcher told post Soviet Empire leader Gorbachev she understood Russia's security concerns, but this self righteous virtue signalling generation of politicians behave as if they do not. For his part, Putin has been warning and warning and warning the West of what would happen if he did not get guarantees of NATO out of Ukraine and Ukraine out of NATO, to no avail. Problem is this weak woke generation of politicos, commentators, social media kings and MSM have turned this conflict into a cartoon war of Zelenskyy Good; Putin Bad, with absolutely no thought of Ukraine's demographics, historical relations with Russia or the 8 years of conflict that preceded the invasion. That infantile way of (not) thinking could bring the West into confrontation with nuclear armed Russia and trigger nuclear war.
