  2. Two ways of doing politics. Leftists vote tactically for whichever Leftist party will defeat the Tories in their constituency. The Rightists vote for whichever Rightist party they individually prefer on their constituency. If their niche preference isn't standing they won't vote. ("That'll show 'em!") Rightists have no thought of the opposition or the outcome of the vote. The Leftists think of nothing else. The more Rightist mini parties there are the more the Rightists split the vote.
