In any case what has transpired is that vietnam has become a capitalist society and in many of malls you will see luxury products from the around the world being sold or luxury cars being driven. The point i am trying to make is this, America sometimes notice i said SOMETIMES, you need to let countries solve their own problems as a form of catharsis, getting in the middle of that process is what leads to sectarian/ideological divide for decades to come.
