  1. Most of us are born into a situation we wouldn’t want all the time. Harry is a poor specimen of manhood and his wife is no friend to womankind. Titles are a vanity project to them both. A means to make money and achieve social advantage. They do not command my respect. I know people who have overcome greater obstacles in their lives.

  2. I try to be accepting of who and what people want to be and one of the friends I have that I love the most is very obese. I hate myself because inside I recoil at the sight of a an overly large person. Why I wonder, what is it that overcomes my well thought out acceptance and fondness for someone well endowed with flab. Is it primeval, is it socialisation or is it some weird kind of snobbery or even a cold dose of common sense?

  3. I am getting uncomfortable with “she is 83 for god’s sake”. 83 does not mean one is Gaga. Highly intelligent, hugely experienced and bright as a button would not be inappropriate. Maybe Lady S saw something that alerted her to wanting to let QC know before a meet and greet. There is more to this than immediately apparent. Take your time everyone and calm down.

  4. OK I am a bit long in the tooth and I agree that the RF had had a lot of overkill lately….due in large part by H&M. I will watch the Coronation, didn’t see much of the last one, but if the cameras hover overlong on Harry, I will turn it off. Royalty exists to stop people like Harry to occupy The Top Job. Or any others that might consider themselves more important than the law, the army etcetera. And, hopefully, the WEF!
