Present the extreme anti perspective, and then make out it represents, or is influencing, all people who are exercising caution on a yet to be proven safe vaccine (there is no way to fast track time, and time is required to properly and fully understand the long term side effects, all medications have side effects). This video is true "misinformation".

Scott Morrison is a complete fool, and clueless as to gauging true public sentiment. However, I don't think even he is that stupid as to try and now override the Court's decision. Would I bet my house on it ......no!

As Anthony Mundine said on SkyNews tonight, Albanese is just a fake. Where were the tears when he went to Alice Springs for a couple hours, before jetting back to Melbourne for 3 days at the tennis.

@rosaleitegarcia6620 The court ruling only relates to the original visa decision. But this decision of the court does not alter the statutory powers of the Minister, who does have the power to issue a second/third/forth deportation order, this time making sure it is done on a more solid legal basis. I think its pure hypothetical (and really stupid for the Government barrister to even mention it) as the political fallout from such a vindictive action would be MASSIVE! Even Australia's stupid Prime Minister is not that stupid (maybe he is).

Just another reason I never want to get on a cruise ship.

I'm still trying to figure what the story is about. It's been mainstream medical fact for a good 6 months now that current vaccines, based upon the original Wuhan virus, off zero protection against infection or spread of the Delta variant. And putting more of these current vaccines into the majority of already vaccinated people isn't going to fix that issue.

The major reason developed countries have been able to reduce their CO2 levels is because they have exported their emissions to places like China. Besides the obvious reason, factors such as a significant shift to renewables would not have been possible if historic levels of heavy manufacturing had been maintained. If the effects of this exporting of emissions were to be correctly accounted for i.e, the total emissions chain allocated to the country consuming the final product, it would be doubtful if any real gains have been made. As that is a near impossible accounting task, use total global annual emissions as a proxy for what is being achieved at national and personal levels. Result, as global emissions continue to increase every year, and our own eyes tell us personal consumption of goods and the 'throw away society' is ever increasing, any notion we are actually reducing emissions is actually pure BS.

Thinking the same. Seems to me it may be Tennis Australia operating in the background. If he's allowed to play TV ratings for the tournament will be massive. If he is stopped, there will be a complete lack of public interest now.

I can find NO evidence your comment of Novak needing to be vaccinated to enter France. EVER source I've checked indicates presentation of a negative test taken within 24 hours of arrival is all that is required.
3
They'll been struggling regardless to attract customers, so just making it harder will only hurt them more. Perhaps they figure anyone who is is smart enough to not unnecessarily get vaccinated isn't going to get on a cruise ship regardless.

Watch a small bit of the actual interview. All l thought was such immature vitriolic spewing out of James Comey's mouth just reflected poorly on him. Nothing even remotely 'measured' or 'professional' about the guy.

The plan to pump water inland from the tropical north where they measure the annual rainfall in meters not millimetres (around 6 meters a year) into the inland river systems to travel South the full length of the more arid parts of Eastern Australia (behind the coastal mountains) was first proposed in 1938. It is absolutely technically feasible, the money is there if necessary, it is both good for the environment and farming (as they now compete for a limited resource), etc. All that is lacking is the 'can do' attitude of Australian's political class.

Seems there is just a little bit of selective facts going on here. How about informing viewers ... "The island chain strategy is a strategic maritime containment plan first conceived by American foreign policy statesman John Foster Dulles in 1951, during the Korean War. It proposed surrounding the Soviet Union and China with naval bases in the West Pacific to project power and restrict sea access. The "island chain" concept did not become a major theme in American foreign policy during the Cold War, but after the dissolution of the Soviet Union has remained a major focus of both American and Chinese geopolitical and military analysts to this day. For the United States, the island chain strategy is a significant part of the force projection of the U.S. military in the Far East. For China, the concept is integral to its maritime security and fears of strategic encirclement by U.S. armed forces. For both sides, the island chain strategy emphasizes the geographical and strategic importance of Taiwan"

"Record-breaking heavy rain"????? Don't think so .... Heavy ....yes, causing major flooding on the river flood plains .... yes (that's why they are called 'flood plains'), happens regularly .... yes (as long as white settlement has been in Australia and obviously LONG before that). But "record-breaking", doubt that one. Australia is as described by Dorothea Mackellar in her 1906 poem ......"A land of drought and flooding rains". Just part of the natural cycle.

They tell the world to worry about the UK variant. In the UK they tell people to worry about the South African variant.

That climate change is even remotely connected to the flooding, as suggested in the video, is about as accurate as the reporters claim Sydney hasn't seen rain like this "for 6 decades". Over the last 5 days in Sydney 285mm of rain has fallen (11 inches). The last time rain fell like that over a 5 day period was 376 mm (15 inches) about a year ago between 6-10 February 2020. It's the reason the major dam behind the area in the video was near full and so offered next to no flood mitigation protection this time. Flooding in the affected areas is a routine occurrence, and has been happening since European settlement over 200 years ago, and no doubt thousands of years before that. To even suggest it is related to 'climate change', using peoples hardship to push a false narrative should be seem for what it is, crass and vulgar opportunism.

More than "biased", actually full of blatant lies.

@Fuzzybeanerizer If he wants to be taken seriously rather than just a nasty vindictive creep, yes.
1
@midniteR Actually it was very insightful. The left hate Tony because he has conservative views. Nothing else. His views on so called 'progressive' issues e.g climate chance are no different to 50% of the population.

First thing I did was look who produced this story. Expecting probably CNN, nope. SkyNews UK. Churns out even more left wing fake news than CNN (if that's possible).
1
At least the national newspaper today (The Australian) is running the correct story. And that is why have corrupt local and state governments allowed hundreds of thousands of home to be built in a known floodplain. THAT is the real story. All this talk of 'climate change' is just total BS and a total, perhaps deliberate, distraction from the real issue behind current events.

Yes, and has been so since the US created the "First Island Chain" strategy to contain China in 1951. This man is telling complete untruths (I could have been undiplomatic and said deliberately lying).
1
@neothales377 I think people should work on the assumption that just about every piece of 'information' put out by the media, government, medical 'experts', etc (and the anti crew) in relation to covid is deliberately cherry-picked to push a certain narrative, and not a balanced complete overview of the matter. As such everyone would be well served to maintain a health skepticism, and do their own decent research. Trouble is the world has become very lazy regarding seeking information, and just want to confirm their own bias by whatever the first Google result throws up.
1
It's actually not all the informative, in fact its peddling serious 'misinformation'. The Chinese did NOT establish the 'First Island Chain'. It is actually a US creation, an aggressive US strategic policy devised in 1951 by a man called John Foster Dulles. It's role is to place US military resources along this line to effectively 'contain' the Chinese navy behind this imaginary line. Imagine how the US would react to Russia or China establishing a strong military presence right on the door step of the US. Hold on, we know, its was called the Cuban missile crisis and the US response was to threatened nuclear Armageddon.
1
What a total waste of money. Started watching it on TV, and after a couple minutes turned it off and went to bed. Gladys and her sidekick health officer wanted to make NYE as depressing as possible, and on that score they succeeded admirably.
1
Because China doesn't like US military aggression right on its doorstep any more than the US liked Russia sticking missiles in Cuba in 1962.
1
So retreat in war is no longer defeat. Got it (I think?????).

Ruined??? He's made a VAST fortune being in public office virtually all his working life, so it doesn't seem to have ruined him to much.
1
How's this for a novel idea. If they are genuinely worry about declining krill populations try permanently banning all commercial fishing for krill. Perhaps ripping 100,000 tonnes a year of krill out of the water in the 1990's till the fisheries near total collapse has something to do with it???

Get in contact with the health services and that person is likely to end up a lifetime addict, just this time on prescription drugs.

Kept things in perspective. On a population basis, the current number of reported deaths in India with covid places ranks it number 114 in the world. That's 3 places lower than Finland, slightly more than Norway (121 in the world). The UK has over 10 times the death rate reported with covid on a population adjusted basis than India currently has.
1
How about "stressing"..... these findings are completely consistent with what the USA's CDC has already independently identified, and are the basis behind their revised recommendation that fully vaccinated people still wear face masks indoors.

People should look up the definition of a "bigot". It's not what most people think, it is an intolerance of people with different points of view. Plenty of first class bigot strutting their stuff in relation to this matter.
