I wouldn't worry about it, the impression I'm getting from many of these far left and right parties is that they are becoming more moderated to appeal to voters, and even the ones that do slip through the cracks and stay more far left or right, they usually only last one term and get kicked out of power.
The simple truth is, most voters want stability and things to get better, the far left and right parties, promise a lot of good things on the sidelines, but it's easy to talk when not in power where the pressure is on them, it's why we keep seeing, any time a party gets close to gaining power or gains power, they moderate a lot more, something we are seeing in Italy, which from the outside, they don't look as crazy as they were made out to be, and that's mostly because they become a lot more moderate and central as a political party to appeal to voters.
Basically, they are not something to worry about unless the voters become a lot more left or right wing, then we have something to worry about.
