This is too early to say, as the video points out, Sweden took a different path, it also stands to reason that if cases do rise again in Sweden, it's not going to be at around the same time it's doing in other European countries that went into lock down, basically, we have to wait and see.
All I do know is that Sweden is doing a lot worse than other countries like Finland and Norway which went into lock down and when comparing Sweden, I think it's best to compare them to other small countries, that is when things don't look that great for them.
But again, it's too early to say who got it right and we'll likely only have a better idea on that somewhere next year.
Basically, Sweden is on a different path to most of Europe just like the US is because of its policies so we can't really compare them at this stage whereas we can compare most of Europe because most went into lock down around the same time and did a lot of the same policies, Sweden and the US are the exception to the rule that went their own path and that makes it difficult to compare to any of them two at this stage.
