I suspect Russia will be much poorer as it becomes more isolated and the country becomes less trusted on how it uses it's natural resources. I also think as Russia becomes weaker, China might make a play to have more influence over Russia because Russia being more isolated around the world puts Russia in a weak position, something China could take advantage off. As for the rest, I suspect more countries will join the EU and NATO over the long run as Putin did a master-stroke here by scaring a lot of countries closer to the west, the last thing he wanted to do and the biggest winner of that is likely going to be the EU as it absorbs those countries in the union, but overall, it's making the west stronger, starting with the EU, NATO and the west at large, especially in the context of democracies and authoritarian governments.
