I saw where apparently the votes in those regions were in favour to the tune of 95%-99% to join Russia lol. No way is that the voice of the people in those regions when half the population is from Ukraine and not Russian. Also, I don't think I've seen any legal votes in my life get 99% of the votes, it doesn't work that way as peoples views are different all over the place. Seriuselly Putin, at least make it look more legit, because that vote looks like a shame even to your harden supporters lol. In any case, I highly doubt those regions will be seen by the people of Ukraine as Russian and they will continue on with their attack and the west can't afford to let Russia take these regions as that sends a bad message internationally that others could do the same and have a shame referendum.

@schwarzflammenkaiser2347 Yeah we've got to remember that it's desperate times for Putin, he'll likely speed up the process, even thought it's less likely to be done properly, Putin is also probably worried about these new troops rebelling so he'll probably want them on the front line as soon as possible. We should never underestimate a desperate man in doing what doesn't seem possible, but in any case, it's likely going to be winter and I doubt anyone really wants to fight in those conditions, especially on the Russian side that many of them don't want this war in the first place. So like the video said, the next few months are critical and in favour of Ukraine.
