The Germans are not sweating, in fact there are other EU countries they could pick and others are joining the EU so it's not really an issue for Germany but it could become a big issue for Poland and Hungary if a lot of investments get pulled out by being kicked out of the EU. So lets be blunt about this, the reason to investing in those two countries is because of cheap labour and because of easy access to the rest of the EU market, the cheap labour can be had from other eastern EU members but the easy access can't, in other words, it would be a bit of a disaster for those two countries if they get the boot and maybe that needs to happen for the reality check to kick in.
