So many things can change over that time to change that list but I think it's safe to say that China and India will be first and second, the US will continue to drop down that list, the UK an unknown because of Brexit so things could get worse for them, the others is hard to say and a combined EU would be hard to say because by then, countless other countries will likely have joined it that it could have other 50 plus members in it, so too many unpredictable things can change the outcome of this list in so many ways for many countries, especially because there is usually counter measures to change outcomes over time.
