So the real lucky ones are the Europeans because there is no reason to invade them lol, and because of that, they build an economy that doesn't depend so much on oil for revenue like some other countries and for some other countries, oil, gas and all that is a bit of a curse because those countries are slow to do the real reforms needed to kick start their economy with the odd exception being Norway, most tend to waste the gift they have.
