This is the reality, if you look at all the rich countries and mamy developing ones, they are trying to emulated the European system not the American one, in fact, is thier any other country like the US? I look at it and most are following the European social system because overall it's better.
Now don't get me wrong, it's not perfect and could be better but given the choice from the American and European system, I would pick the European one every time because it does a better job of looking after the poor and middle classes and not just the rich.
Also, whats really shocking is that an American that doesn't have health insurance can get better care in Europe and for less money, think about that for a second, you go on a plane, have a little holiday and it works out cheaper then getting the same health care in the US for many things and as we know, health care is free for Europeans living in thoes countries.
You know something is fundermentally wrong in the US system for that to happen and at the end of the day, you only have to look at a lot of countries and which system they are adopting and it doesn's seem to be the US.
Still it's funny some trying to defend and protect corparate intrest as if they really care about you, health care and capitalism should never mix because it will always lead to it being about profit over everything else.
