I'm more interested in any battery tech that can be charged up at home and ideally by renewable sources as I think that in the longer run is going to be the cheaper option and longer term, we should be able to become independence from the energy grid which would likely make it cheaper. So even thought I do like these other tech and they do have their uses that could work for planes and other stuff, I would prefer to be independence of the grid, generating my own energy on-site as I think that will work out cheaper longer term whiles cutting out all the middle men.
