  1. I do think rules should be changed when filling a lawsuit, after all, it's just easy for big companies to sue smaller ones and get their way. Maybe we need a system that if they lose a case, it cost them a percentage of their profits for wasting government time, the idea being is to stop a lot of these stupid lawsuits from happening, after all, if there is a cost to them if they lose the case, many will think twice before filling it, and the idea is, they should only be filling a lawsuit if they have a really good case, which reduces the risk of them losing it. The way it is now, it's just too easy for big corps to file lawsuits on pretty much anything, without any risks to themselves, it wastes a lot of time and money, whiles putting smaller companies at a disadvantage.
