  1. Even if aliens have visited earth, would we even know? If I was an alien and wanted to observe the human race up close, there are many ways I could see an advanced alien race could do that, they could have the tech to be invisible so we can't see them or detect them with our current tech, they could create like human clones and transplant their own minds in one of them and walk around in our society without us even knowing or then there's robotics they could use. Chances are, an alien race that can reach earth is more advanced than we are, probably by a long way more advanced, it's likely not that difficult for them to visit earth without us knowing about it. The question is, would they really want to visit earth, what purpose would it serve them apart from maybe just wanting to see how we develop or if we could become a threat someday in the future, who knows.
