There is little risk of war with Finland, they are an EU member and a war with Finland would be a war with all the EU members with how integrated they are, heck there is a much better chance of Russia going after a NATO country than an EU country but Finland wanting to join NATO adds another layer of security to the country so it's a wise move on their part.
Still it would be bold of Russia to try and take on an EU or NATO country with how that could quickly escalate into a major war, after all, an attack on a NATO member would more or less force other NATO members to get involved otherwise it would discredit the NATO organization and as for the EU, shortly after the second world war, the Coal and Steel Community was born with the intention of preventing war from happening among its members by pooling resources together, it works the same way for countries that attack an EU member, in a sense, an attack on any EU member is an attack on all and unlike NATO, the EU members are far more interpreted into each other so the cost would be felt by all which would compel them to get involved.
So basically, there is no panic in Finland like the video wants us to think, but as I said above, joining NATO is a wise move to add that extra layer of security.
