Out of all the western countries, Germany seems to be doing much better, many Asian countries are doing pretty good as well and I have to wonder with many of the decision made by many governments that some real tough questions need to be asked because most governments were way too slow to react to this and in the case of China and Italy, it's more understandable but the rest of the modern countries at least have no real excuses and should have done better. I think other factors are at play as well like many government wanted to protect the economy at the expense of the well-being of the public and I have to wonder if many of the countries that made so many mistakes will do the same kind of mistakes by opening up the economy too soon when the time isn't right and the virus spreads again. The real worry is the poorer countries which I think are going to need a lot of help to contain this virus and wealthy ones really should step up to the plate on that one if they can.

Problem is that would just make us poorer and the last thing we can afford is that with the economic fallout of this virus.
