That's the main problem, with someone like Trump that changes his mind from day to day, it's almost impossible to make a deal with and it just makes the US look unstable and not worth investing in. Even if you make a deal with Trump, months later it might mean nothing because Trump woke up on the wrong side of bed lol. The best solution is to shift trade away from the US to become less exposed to them, that weakens the US and isolates them, it also means Trump's tantrums have far less impact. Basically, countries around the world should seek out alternative reliable partners that want to work together and do business, not with a country that keeps changing the rules every few weeks. Also let's be honest, Trump doesn't want a deal, what he really wants is for the EU to bend the knee and give a lot of concessions, which no country should do because Trump will come back for more if he sees weakness, with Trump, you have to fight fire with fire, whiles at the same time, shift trade away from the US, the end result is the US will come out far worse than the rest of the world will.

Makes sense with all the threats that Trump was making to Harvard, there's a potential goldmine to be had here by doing a brain drain away from the US.

The irony is that Trump was the main reason why Greenland turned to the EU, if Trump wasn't so hostile with his threats, the US likely would have had a fair chance of getting a deal from Greenland, but as it is, Trump more or less give that deal to the EU and for someone that likes to think he's good at making deals, he doesn't have a clue lol. We see it with a lot of the other deals and threats he keeps making, when you look closely, there are so many ways that it backfires on Trump and the US and all this is doing is humiliating Trump and the US time after time.
