I wish we had a leader like that in the UK right now, this was a good speech and to me this wasn't aimed at Trump but was aimed at American politicians and people, he's right that the west is weaker with all the devisions we have created and much stronger if we find ways to work together even if we have disagreements on many things. A lot of walls are being put up over the last few years which isn't doing us any favors, I have to wonder if what Macron said here could be a wake up call to many, he sure got many standing ovation so it seem to go down well, now if it translates into anything, only time will tell.
