I think the UK is screwed which ever way Brexit goes now, too much has gone on.
Hard Brexit would be bad for the UK apart from that it would really expose the Brexiteers and euroseptics how wrong they got it on this which might be whats needed to for them to wake up,
Soft Brexit more or less keeps us in the EU by name only because even out of the EU, the UK will very likely have to adopt most EU laws, rules and regulations without having a say in them.
Remaining in the EU is the best option but would also make the UK look stupid and will likely take a good decade of the UK trying to repair the damage it's done to it's self with the EU.
I don't see any options that the UK can win without it having some damage to the UK as the UK looks like a joke now and we have lost a lot of trust in politics and busisness and the more the games keep playing, the worse it's going to get for the UK.
The irony is, I think the hardest of Brexit might be needed because for too long eurosepics in the UK have been blasting the EU from the side without having to back up what they say, now with Brexit, they are really exposed and if Brexit goes badly wrong, it could do some real damage to the euroseptic movment in the UK and likely mean the UK rejoining the EU a decade or so later with the Euro included, just in time for Farage to collect his pension whiles looking at Euros every time he puts his hand in his pocket, oh the irony if that happened lol.
