Biden said it right, by improving everyone else standard of living in society, you end up improving your own which is pretty much what the social system in Europe does, it also says a lot that almost all developed countries have a vast support network to help its people out in these times when the US seems more interested in saving the rich elites, it's criminal watching what is going on right under the nose of the American people right now but part of this blame is on the people, Trump got elected by them after all and governments are a reflection of public thinking which suggest there is something really wrong in the US.
