It is an opinion, but the problem is, these people in positions of power, whether that be X or newspapers or news station, they are having a massive impact on shaping people's minds in a lot of areas with little to no accountability. As an individual, what I say has little to no impact, but these people in positions of a lot of this media can shape public views in the millions with zero accountability on what they say, regardless of truth or not, and don't get me wrong, I'm all for free speech, but these people are having a big impact on lots of people with so much disinformation going around. This isn't just about Elon Musk and what he says, it's about the entire media that can say whatever it wants, regardless of truth or lie or the damage it does, yet there is little to no accountability with it.
