I think the rich countries should take more on because they can afford to do so, so the EU, US, Japan and so on, if they push hard on new clean tech, lower the price, it will make it much easier for developing countries to adopt this tech, modernize whiles not doing any damage. So the rich countries should lead by putting it's resources into clean tech and with that, help developing countries to clean up their act, but in the case of China, even thought they are a developing country, they are also an advanced one so they could help in leading the way with the other rich countries and I think thanks to this pandemic, a much bigger push is going to happen on this, especially from the Europeans which were already pushing in that direction but it's likely going to get turbo charged now.
