If it's open conflict, it would be reckless of Russia and China to gang up on Finland, considering they are an EU and NATO member as things could escalate very quickly, but if we are talking about economic damage, that's kinda different, NATO likely wouldn't be involved but the EU likely would have to be to protect Finland, but it depends on what kind of economic war we are talking about and the level of damage attempting to do. For now, what's being done is pretty minor damage, if any at all and no reasons to escalate things when Finland can deal with this on their own, but if things do start to get out of hand, I think the EU will have to step in.
