The simple answer, no, but by building A.I. capabilities in all computers going forward, that will allow developers to integrate A.I. into their software stack from anything from the OS to apps and games.
In other words, the use case is limited for now, but by building the foundations that every computer will have A.I. capabilities, developers will find ways to take advantage of it, it's the simply build it and they will come, so I think they are doing the right thing with pushing hard on A.I. even thought for many, it can be seen as a waste of silicon that could go towards the cpu or gpu, but if they don't set the foundations, software will never really take advantage of it, so over the next 5 years, the majority of computers and smartphones should be quite capable of doing A.I. in limited ways depending on the hardware, that for me is where the game changer with A.I. will happen.
The thing is with A.I. is that it needs a lot of ram, gpu's don't seem to want to give it and even when they do, it cost an arm and a leg, so APU's might be a better option for A.I. over the long run.
