It does seem unusually for one player to get so dominant, but at least it's in safe hands, being the EU market is stable. We're also seeing with chip fabrication, where major investments are being done in the EU, US and Asian markets, all the major players are wanting to secure these major supple lines internally in their own market and it makes a lot of sense to do so in the EU and US because they are rich markets with a lot of consumers, it also reduces risk by spreading the risk around the world whereas TSMC is to focus on Taiwan which was always a risk and now governments are waking up to that in Europe and America.
