  1. I find it remarkable from a European from the UK that in the US, the moment you become an adult and want to go to college, you could end up being lumberd with a big debt. It's one heck of a way to introduce a young person to the world with a debt that could take years to pay off. In the UK, I went to college in the mid 90's and studied business studies and thanks to that, started two busisnesses over that time. I didn't have to pay a penny to go to college, in fact I don't recall having to buy anything like books, pens and other things like that, the system paid for it all and say what we want about the European system with higher taxes, it sure comes in handy with a lot of the benefits we get, more so for young people starting out.

  2. Jesus, when I did collage in the UK with business studies, I didn't pay a penny. Must be quite hard for young people in the US that are just starting out to be lumbered with a massive debt.
