@SaintKimbo Political right or left is always something that swings from either side in most countries over the decade, but if we are honest with ourselves, the US is the odd country out of all modern countries in a lot of areas, especially when it comes to being a social democracy, the US is basically on the extream end when it comes to capitalism whereas almost all other modern nations are capitalist but they tame it with social programs and a lot more equality, so in a sense, Canada as well as most modern countries is far more in line with EU countries then they are with the US.
