  1. Another dysfunctional family 👪. Police called numerous times for domestic disturbances. Present Mayor of Highland Park had the shooter in her Cub Scout pack. She remembered him as a quiet child.

  2. The shooter was known to the local police. They were called to his home last September after threatening to kill everybody. The police confiscated 16 knives and a sword. He was reported to the Illinois State Police. After this incident he was not eligible to buy a firearm. But he did and someone is responsible for his purchase of a firearm. Who ever it is they should be charged with murder along with the shooter.
