  1. Their scholarship, tutors, meals, medical care and anything else they get should be taxed. Getting a full scholarship is not a value or incentive anymore. How about when a player gets caught with dope or a gun or breaks a law he has to reimburse the university. Paying back what the university has invested in the player.
