  1. How about mass implementation of eugenics? Letting overpopulated countries try to reach middle class would harm an already limited amount of resources and would ignite social conflict. Your utopian nonsense doesn't work Bill for it will lead to Idiocracy. And when I say eugenics, I dont mean Nazi style eugenics, I mean forbidding overpopulation with population control and legal abortion.
