  6. January 6th was not an insurrection. No one was charged with insurrection. The only ones with guns were police. The Capitol Police held open doors to the Capitol Building ushered ppl in and gave guided tours to visitors. The tapes prove this to be factual. Nancy and Bowser, refused to bring in the national guard, even after President Trump told both they should. I'm not OK with the inhumane treatment, human rights abuses, and denial of medical care of those arrested. These acts are in violation of the US Constitution, local laws, and human decency.
