Hamilton, Madison, and John Jay, wrote the Federalist Papers. FP 10 is all about warning the power of factions and competing interests over the United States Government. Since everyone has their own self-interests, and people's self-interests clash with others', governments have to be able to pass laws for the common good instead of any one specific group.
To do that, the United States needs a Democratic Republic instead of a true Democracy, to cut down the power of the majority and filter it through (hopefully) qualified statesmen. This system is also made better by having a larger republic, which the United States hoped to be shortly.
Federalist Paper 51 proposes a government broken into three branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.
Each branch should be self-sufficient, but each should have some kind of power over the other in order for them to keep each other from taking over the government. The Legislative branch needs to be split further into the House of Representatives and the Senate because it's the most powerful branch, and members of the Judicial branch need to be chosen by the President with the Senate's approval because they want qualified candidates for a position that lasts for life.
This style of government also helps keep down the power of factions, a recurring theme from Federalist 10.
A three-branch Democratic Republic will be able to preserve American liberties, while also stopping the woke Democrats from throwing rocks at our windows.

Oh yes, Hunter has committed crimes, at least two, one of which is a felony in Delaware. Possession of a firearm by a prohibited person is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
In order to purchase a firearm from an FFL, a buyer must fill out a Form 4473. The form asks, “Are you an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance?” Hunter answered “no” to this question.
Lying on a form 4473 is two separate crimes. It is a crime when a person “knowingly makes any false statement or representation with respect to the information required by this chapter to be kept in the records of a person licensed under this chapter,” such as the Form 4473. A violation of this provision is punishable by up to 5 years imprisonment. It is also a felony for a person to “make any false or fictitious oral or written statement” to a dealer “with respect to any fact material to the lawfulness of the sale.” A violation of this provision is punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.

The Supreme Court plays a very important role in our constitutional system of government. First, as the highest court in the land, it is the court of last resort for those looking for justice. Second, due to its power of judicial review, it plays an essential role in ensuring that each branch of government recognizes the limits of its own power. Third, it protects civil rights and liberties by striking down laws that violate the Constitution. Finally, it sets appropriate limits on democratic government by ensuring that popular majorities cannot pass laws that harm and/or take undue advantage of unpopular minorities. In essence, it serves to ensure that the changing views of a majority do not undermine the fundamental values common to all Americans, i.e., freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and due process of law.

I fully acknowledge that ignorant, uninformed and irrational voters constitutes the single greatest threat to the success of modern democratic institutions.

While numerous arguments against democracy have sprung up from time to time, nearly all criticisms have noted one great flaw in particular. As John F. Kennedy put it, “the ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.” Winston Churchill based his skepticism of democracy on the very same thing stating, “the best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.” Indeed, the very founding thinkers of the democratic institution feared the ignorance of voters. Aristotle proclaimed, “it… is dangerous for men of this sort to share in the highest offices, as injustice may lead them into wrongdoing, and thoughtlessness into error." The simple fact of the matter is that “almost every democratic theorist or democratic political actor sees an informed electorate as essential to good democratic practice.”

After the New York Times story broke about President Donald Trump’s apparent tax issues, Democrats have taken advantage.
They’re calling out the Commander-in-Chief for only paying a small amount in personal income tax in recent years.
However, Democratic presidential hopeful Joe Biden might face a similar issue.
According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, the Bidens found a way to keep most of the $13.3 million they earned between 2018 and 2019.
The report claims the Bidens used a tax loophole, “S Corporations,” to keep their income taxes low.
From Western Journal, citing the WSJ article:
Joe and his wife Jill Biden funneled millions in income through a pair of S corporations they set up in Delaware as a way to circumnavigate paying Social Security and Medicare taxes.
As it turns out, Joe and Jill earned about $13.3 million due largely to book royalties and speaking fees.
But they reportedly only claimed $750,000 of that $13.3 million as actual income.
The other 94 percent of the money went through the S corporations, which stopped it from being subject to the 15.3 percent combined Social Security and Medicare tax rate (per CNBC).
Evidently, this is a common way to avoid paying a lot of taxes if you pull in a ton of money.
One could argue that the book royalties and speaking fees the Bidens received should’ve been counted as a form of income.
On the flip side, the Bidens aren’t the only wealthy individuals who have used S corporations to keep a hefty portion of their cash.
Even so, if this story makes the rounds, Joe Biden might have to explain this situation.
Both candidates will be under the microscope during debate season, after all — and now it looks like taxes will be a topic for both.

I fully acknowledge that to many this post will smack of elitism, but the facts of the matter stand irrefutable. Ignorant, uninformed and irrational voters constitutes the single greatest threat to the success of modern democratic institutions.
In a 1947 speech to the House of Commons, Winston Churchill is said to have quipped, “…democracy is the worst form of government except for all those other forms that have been tried…” (Langworth 2009). What is it about democracy that renders it so imperfect? While numerous arguments against democracy have sprung up from time to time, nearly all criticisms have noted one great flaw in particular. As John F. Kennedy put it, “the ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.” Winston Churchill based his skepticism of democracy on the very same thing stating, “the best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter.” Indeed, the very founding thinkers of the democratic institution feared the ignorance of voters. Aristotle proclaimed, “it… is dangerous for men of this sort to share in the highest offices, as injustice may lead them into wrongdoing, and thoughtlessness into error." The simple fact of the matter is that “almost every democratic theorist or democratic political actor sees an informed electorate as essential to good democratic practice. Except the DNC, they view an informed electorate as a threat to their existence, and rightly so.

Thank you. I'll share with you why I chose Federalist Papers. My grandparents are farmers/ranchers. I spent my summer vacations working helping out around the farm. Although exhausted, being a night owl, I couldn't fall asleep until at least midnight. I opted to read my Grandpa's copy of the Federalist Papers each night. Which was required reading material in most school curriculums back in the day. I am still in awe of the intelligence, knowledge, common sense, fortitude, decency, patriotism, and steadfast determination of John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, to create a well informed public, and a Republic that could withstand the downfalls of most democracies. Most of their essays, published under the name Publius, were incorporated into the US Constitution, which thankfully replaced the Articles of Confederation. Strangely, the DNC seems to take issue with the parts of the US Constitution, which began in the Federalist Papers.

Thanks to Operation Warp Speed, his White House inherited the most remarkable vaccine production process in history. Because the coronavirus recession was created by preventive lockdowns and demand shocks, not underlying failures of the economy, the country seemed keen to roar back to our pre-pandemic prosperity of unusually tight labor markets and steady natural wage growth of early 2020. Biden seems to be blowing the lead. After, a year of the economy regaining more than half of the job losses accrued during the April 2020 apex of the coronavirus recession, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported just a quarter-million new jobs created in contrast to the 1 million jobs anticipated by experts. Rendering it the single worst jobs report in the nation’s history. The unemployment rate actually increased for the first time since last year, from 6% in March to 6.1%. Biden, even before the election, elevated proponents of Modern Monetary Theory like Stephanie Kelton to positions on his economic policy task force. When sound voices in the room like Biden’s Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen warn about the Fed’s dangerous dovishness, she has been quickly browbeaten into publicly reversing course.

Aristotle proclaimed, “it… is dangerous for men of this sort to share in the highest offices, as injustice may lead them into wrongdoing, and thoughtlessness into error." The simple fact of the matter is that “almost every democratic theorist or democratic political actor sees an informed electorate as essential to good democratic practice.” However, the DNC views an informed electorate a threat to their very existence, and rightly so.

The president and his White House have taken the 2020 COVID-19, one-time-only crisis budget as his administration’s working baseline, rather than the pre-Covid 2019 budget, which had a significant $4.4 trillion price tag.
In 2020, because of the pandemic, the budget jumped 47 percent to $6.5 trillion, as both Democrats and Republicans supported the need for emergency funding. That COVID funding was to sunset as the country returned to normal — as it did last year. Apparently, Biden decided to ignore that crucial point.
Instead, he saw that supersized budget in 2020 not as a crisis, but an opportunity that could be exploited going forward to pay for what amounted to a historic spending spree that kicked off with the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan and drove what became the worst inflation in 40 years. During Biden’s first two years in office, he oversaw spending that was 40 percent higher than the pre-COVID 2019 budget.

Article V of the U.S. Constitution authorizes the state legislatures to call a convention for proposing needed amendments to the Constitution. This process does not require the consent of the federal government in Washington, DC. Quite simply it allows a 2/3
majority of states to pass amendments to the US Constitution. Why would you not support the Convention of States Project? It is merely a national effort to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress, ect.... You can easily find a copy of the model resolution and the Article V Pocket Guide.

Their study, published in the September 2014 issue of Personality and Individual Differences, found that trolling is an Internet manifestation of sadism. They conducted two online studies of 1,200 people. They gave personality tests to each one and surveyed their Internet commenting behavior. They found evidence of what is termed the “Dark Tetrad” of personality traits: narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy and sadism. Dark Tetrad scores were highest among people who said trolling was their favorite activity.
Dark Tetrad scores were off the charts for Internet trolls and “… the associations between sadism and GAIT (Global Assessment of Internet Trolling) scores were so strong that it might be said that online trolls are prototypical everyday sadists.” This does not apply to all trolls. Some are government or nongovernment agency disinformation agents. Intelligence services, corporations, governments and politicians have all been outed as having disinformation trolls roaming Internet sites.
But it’s just as likely the annoying troll on your favorite site is simply MENTALLY ILL. When you respond, you’re just feeding his psychopathy. The best advice is, if you see one, don’t feed him.

They did it to damage Trump's campaign with allegations of Russian interference in the election. And they got the FBI and, later, a special prosecutor, to conduct a high-profile investigation.
Such collusion, if only in the political sphere, wouldn't be a crime. However, using federal assets and personnel and misrepresenting what you're doing to a FISA court to influence an election are crimes. Felonies, in fact.
Investigation Without End
The investigation of Trump is now entering its third year with nothing to show for the effort. We don't know if there'll be some kind of sweeping indictment released by Mueller just before the midterm elections, but given the degree of politicization of this investigation so far it wouldn't surprise us at all.
But instead of investigating Trump, shouldn't we investigate those who subverted our democracy for rank partisan purposes to influence a presidential election? That's Obama, Brennan and Clinton.

From a medical point of view, I believe he is suffering from the long term effects of two previous brain anyuerisms, and two brain anyuerism surgeries. The first surgery involved locating the anyuerism, removing part of his skull, cutting tissue to remove the anyuerism, removing the anyuerism, then replacing the removed skull, and stitching everything back together, to the best of the surgeons ability. His second surgery was an anyuerism clipping, which is much less invasive, yet still is capable of producing undesirable, long term, side effects. The first surgery is known to result in many long lasting, irreversible, cognitive issues, which only worsen with age progression. Such as : Persistent difficulties with focus, memory, or cognition (such as: language processing, organizational skills, concentration, decision making, and higher-level thinking skills) can be a challenge. Survivors should seek out assessment from a neuropsychologist or a speech-language pathologist to determine their level of cognitive functioning, life skills, and related issues during activities of everyday life.
Sometimes, family members who see them daily will be the first to notice any subtle changes or slight deficits that may not be obvious to them or others. Often, some deficits become apparent only after they return to a more demanding lifestyle.
Some — but not all — survivors may experience the following:
-Physical and mental fatigue.
-Chronic headache or head pain (mainly ruptured aneurysms)
-Concentration headaches.
-Vision deficits: partial or complete blindness, or peripheral vision deficits
-Cognitive problems (such as short-term memory difficulties, decreased concentration, perception problems)
-Articulation and speech-delivery problems
-Behavioral changes such as increased anger and willingness to challenge others to argue or physically fight.
-Loss of balance and coordination
-Arm or leg weakness.
Biden, without any doubt is showing many tendencies of most of the aforementioned side effects of his anyuerism surgeries. The clock is ticking, and these side effects will only worsen as he ages.

Widespread job shortage, hunger, and poverty, create an easily controlled population. Biden's policies are creating division, destroying jobs, hurting job creation, raising energy costs, raising the cost of raw materials for manufacturers (which will, in turn be passed along to consumers), raising food costs, raising unemployment numbers. The US Supreme Court Held: Under our constitutional structure of separated powers, the nature of
Presidential power entitles a former President to absolute immunity from
criminal prosecution for actions within his conclusive and preclu-
sive constitutional authority. And he is entitled to at least presumptive
immunity from prosecution for all his official acts. There is no immunity for
unofficial acts.
(a) This case is the first criminal prosecution in our Nation’s history of a
former President for actions taken during his Presidency. Deter-
mining whether and under what circumstances such a prosecution
may proceed requires careful assessment of the scope of Presidential power
under the Constitution. The nature of that power requires that a former
President have some immunity from criminal prosecution for
official acts during his tenure in office. At least with respect to the President’s exercise of his core constitutional powers, this immunity
must be absolute. As for his remaining official actions, he is entitled to at least
presumptive immunity.
(1) Article II of the Constitution vests “executive Power” in “a President of the
United States of America.” §1, cl. 1. The President has duties of “unrivaled gravity and breadth.” Trump v. Vance, 591
U. S. 786, 800. His authority to act necessarily “stem[s] either from an
act of Congress or from the Constitution itself.” Youngstown Sheet &
Tube Co. v. Sawyer, 343 U. S. 579, 585. In the latter case, the Presi-
dent’s authority is sometimes “conclusive and preclusive.” Id., at 638
(Jackson, J., concurring). When the President exercises such author-
ity, Congress cannot act on, and courts cannot examine, the Presi-
dent’s actions. It follows that an Act of Congress—either a specific one
targeted at the President or a generally applicable one—may not crim-
inalize the President’s actions within his exclusive constitutional
power. Neither may the courts adjudicate a criminal prosecution that
examines such Presidential actions. The Court thus concludes that
the President is absolutely immune from criminal prosecution for con-
duct within his exclusive sphere of constitutional authority. Pp. 6–9.
(2) Not all of the President’s official acts fall within his “conclusive
and preclusive” authority. The reasons that justify the President’s ab-
solute immunity from criminal prosecution for acts within the scope of
his exclusive constitutional authority do not extend to conduct in areas
where his authority is shared with Congress. To determine the Presi-
dent’s immunity in this context, the Court looks primarily to the Fram-
ers’ design of the Presidency within the separation of powers, precedent on Presidential immunity.*

The 2020 election was not stolen, but a plan to disqualify Trump from running would ensure that the 2024 contest would be.

The best way to keep President Donald Trump from office isn't to use questionable legal moves, but to defeat them at the polls.
Frustration with the political process can lead many otherwise rational people to look for a magic solution to important problems. We saw this earlier this year in the “one weird trick” to raise the debt ceiling — a fanciful proposal in some circles to mint a trillion-dollar coin and spend all our problems away.
Now we are seeing it again in the suggestion by serious legal scholars that states “use the 14th Amendment” to remove Donald Trump from the ballot in 2024 because of his role in encouraging the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riots.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment says that anyone who “shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion” or “given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof” is prohibited from holding public office again.
What this meant when it was written in 1866 is not hard to guess: If you were a state or federal official who supported the Confederacy in any meaningful way, you were barred from office. The reasoning is understandable — people who had just broken their oaths to the Constitution should not have been put right back in charge of the government.
However, Congress also allowed for that restriction to be removed by a two-thirds vote of each house. With an eye toward sectional reconciliation, legislators did exactly that in the Amnesty Act of 1872, which allowed all but the highest-ranking rebels to have their rights restored.
Last month, former federal judge J. Michael Luttig and law professor Laurence H. Tribe argued in an essay in the Atlantic that this provision applies to Trump every bit as much as it applied to Jefferson Davis. They cite as evidence a much longer treatment of the question by professors William Baude and Michael Stokes Paulsen in a forthcoming law review article.
It’s true that the amendment’s authors did not only exclude rebels from the war that ended a year earlier; they wrote generic language that covered any “insurrection or rebellion” against the United States. If a new civil war or revolution were to start tomorrow, this text would apply.
So, case closed? Not really.
As with every idea, execution is key, and here’s where the Section 3 gang runs into trouble.

In 1866, everyone knew who had fought for the Confederacy (they had uniforms and everything). Ex-rebels did not deny what they had done. Their culpability was not disputed.
Today, who counts as a “rebel” is less obvious. Should any candidate be removed from a ballot in any state because some voter accuses him of being a rebel or insurrectionist? That is essentially what Luttig and Tribe suggest, with all the inevitable court challenges that would follow.
When some state official “disqualifies Trump from appearing on a ballot or declares him eligible, that determination will assuredly be challenged in court,” they write. And “such a case will inevitably land before the Supreme Court, where it will in turn test the judiciary’s ability to disentangle constitutional interpretation from political temptation.”
Does that sound like a reasonable way to run an election? I hesitate to say that there is a potential for abuse. It would be more accurate to say I guarantee this process would be abused. Some voters would challenge Trump in every state — but some other voters would challenge Biden in all 50, too. Every candidate would face a passel of mostly frivolous lawsuits. Even if you think Trump is an insurrectionist, the flaws of this process should be obvious.
Fortunately, Congress in 1866 told us who would write the rules to enforce the 14th Amendment: itself. Section 5 of that same amendment is very clear: “The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.” If Congress wants to create a procedure to preclear all candidates’ loyalty credentials, it can do so — but it never has. Biden and his WH have taken the 2020 COVID-19, one-time-only crisis budget as his administration’s working baseline, rather than the pre-Covid 2019 budget, which had a significant $4.4 trillion price tag.
In 2020, because of the pandemic, the budget jumped 47 percent to $6.5 trillion, as both Democrats and Republicans supported the need for emergency funding. That COVID funding was to sunset as the country returned to normal — as it did last year. Apparently, Biden decided to ignore that crucial point.

According to the NH Bulletin- President Joe Biden, who is running for re-election, will not appear on the Democratic primary ballot after declining to file last month, citing New Hampshire’s lack of compliance with the DNC calendar that he had proposed. Democratic supporters of Biden have launched a write-in effort to make him the state’s nominee anyway.
In total 21 Democrats and 24 Republicans filed to run for president in the state, Scanlan said.
New Hampshire’s Jan. 23 primary date places the state’s election one week after the Iowa Republican Caucus, which will be held Jan. 15, and 11 days before the South Carolina Democratic primary on Feb. 3.
The Republican National Committee has committed to keeping the traditional presidential primary calendar next year: Republicans will vote in Iowa on Jan. 15, New Hampshire on Jan. 23, Nevada and the Virgin Islands on Feb. 8; and South Carolina on Feb. 24.
Democrats, meanwhile, will vote in New Hampshire on Jan. 23, in South Carolina on Feb. 3, in Nevada on Feb. 6, and in Michigan on Feb 27.
Some states, like South Carolina, Iowa, and Nevada, are holding each party’s primary or caucus on separate dates; New Hampshire state law does not permit a split primary.

The Supreme Court plays a very important role in our constitutional system of government. First, as the highest court in the land, it is the court of last resort for those looking for justice. Second, due to its power of judicial review, it plays an essential role in ensuring that each branch of government recognizes the limits of its own power. Third, it protects civil rights and liberties by striking down laws that violate the Constitution. Finally, it sets appropriate limits on democratic government by ensuring that popular majorities cannot pass laws that harm and/or take undue advantage of unpopular minorities. In essence, it serves to ensure that the changing views of a majority do not undermine the fundamental values common to all Americans, i.e., freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and due process of law.

-A similar provision focused just on picketing outside courts was upheld in Cox v. Louisiana (1965); and the logic of that decision would apply equally to residential picketing (subsection 4 above). [UPDATE: Note that U.S. v. Grace (1983), struck down a total ban on demonstrations near the Supreme Court; but the law there was "not limited to expressive activities that are intended to interfere with, obstruct, or impede the administration of justice," as Justice Marshall's separate opinion noted.] Here is Cox's logic, which was set forth in a protest of an impending trial, but which I think would apply to protests of an impending appellate decision as well.
