@mauragallagher1663 An Attorney General may be terminated, and replaced at any time. They can also be prosecuted for any illegal actions they did while in office. Supreme Court Justices are lifelong Appointees. He will be a short term Attorney General, and be prosecuted for his complicity in covering up blatant crimes, and the abuse of power he has committed.

Only the completely ignorant believe Garland did not go to extraordinary lengths to prevent serious legal inquires and investigations, into the crimes willingly committed, and Joe's complicity in those crimes.

@lisal9829 U.S. government regulations specify that a special counsel will be named whenever there exists a conflict of interest or even the appearance of one. Garland cited Trump’s announcement that he is again running for president in 2024 and Biden’s stated intention to do the same. The impropriety of an incumbent candidate’s administration investigating his opponent is self-evident. Yet, Garland continues to ignore an even greater conflict of interest as he presides over an FBI and U.S. attorney investigation of Hunter Biden that directly implicates his father, the president in felony crimes. Why was a special counsel appointed, by Garland, for Trump but not Biden???
