You seem unable to comprehend that our Founding Fathers discussed, debated, deliberated, for over a year before agreeing on the US Constitution. No ma'am, they were "not of one mind," as you crudely referenced them to be. They where a group of highly intelligent migrants that cane to a new land to escape tyranny, oppression, religious persecution, autocracy, poverty, slavery, and abuse. This is why they worked diligently on the US Constitution to prevent the tragedies of oppression, they all endured, from being duplicated in their new nation. It also seems to me you are on the side of this great divide, that is intent on allowing, oppression of we the People, again.

"Jefferson was strict literalist and not the absolute authority on the Constitution. You all act like the founding fathers were all of one mind." My post corrects the inaccuracies in your post, dear. Our Founding Fathers were Christians, and Deist (both Christian and non Christian Deist.) They were carpenters, cooks, farmers, blacksmiths, cobblers, teachers, book makers, ministers,.... They were very diverse in their religions, their trades, their educations, their incomes, their ethnicities, their... well... EVERYTHING. They all had the desire to create a nation free of the oppression, faults, and injustices from the lands they fled. You claiming that you all act like the founding fathers were all of one mind is an inaccurate summarization of the actuality of reality. My posts, correct the inaccuracies included in your posts. That's what I am going on about.
