😲 OMG, ignorance rears it's ugly head with this comment. The Senate's job in an impeachment is merely to deliberate, then acquit, or convict. The job of calling witnesses is to be done by the House of Representatives. Which, BTW, they did NOT do. IJS.

@biscuitsmcgravy394 What Constitution are you reading? Article 1, Section 3, Clause 6 CLEARLY states the Chief Justice shall preside on impeachment hearings. Article I, Section 3, Clause 6: The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present. Post anything in the US Constitution that proves your opinion. You are allowed to have your own opinion. You are NOT allowed to have your own facts.

@biscuitsmcgravy394 I am and have been paying attention. Have you? At no other time in US history has ANYONE other than the Chief Justice presided over an impeachment hearing until now. In response to your response to Sara, let's look at what the Founding Fathers said reguarding the interpretation of the US Constitution. Shall we? Oh, dear. You simply do not understand. It is the House's job to do the investigation, and call witnesses. Which, BTW, they did not do. The Senate's job is merely to convict or acquit after deliberating the case the House delivered to the Senate. OMG, 😲, ignorance is so rampant. Impeachment must be presided in th Senate by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. John Roberts refused. So ..... by description, Constitutionally this impeachment is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

As you are unable to add any factual, verifiable content to a discussion. I am not upset. I don't expect much intelligence from any Presi-dunce Bedumb supporter. My emotions are far too valuable, to spend them on the ignorance of liberals. I will continue to try to educate liberals. Even though I know the majority of them are incapable of learning. If I can educate just one liberal, my time was well spent.
