@MichaelJohnson-kq7qg It is not necessary to write the entire 1787 letter to William Stephens Smith, written in1787 to the son-in-law of John Adams, by Thomas Jefferson to convey the context in a post. Educated people know the letter in its entirety, or are more that capable of researching it in it's entirety. Are you that desperate to find something to BMW, about? I believe you are. Also this is not a quote, as I previously stated it is a LETTER written by Thomas Jefferson. I believe you are the one who is extremely confused.
