  1. Did everyone notice Waters interrupt Robin Hood CEO, mid sentence, then tell the individual who came to his defense he was not recognized? Meanwhile, she herself was NOT RECOGNIZED. Waters is a racist, whom embraces a black superiority delusion. She is disrespectful, and is incapable of showing respect to others. Her action provide plenty of reasons to assume her cognitive impairement is verging on severe loss of cognitive thinking ability. How old is Waters? She is way past prime. Also, she was just as incapable and disrespectful, in her younger years. She needs to go away, perhaps to a nursing home which specializes in Alzheimer's care.
