Yet their discovery wasn't made public until after the newly elected Congress members were sworn in. Seems fishy. Like they didn't make it public to influence the midterm election results. The 2009 Obama Classified National Security Information EO, does indeed give the President, and VP the ability to CLASSIFY, documents. But, nowhere in that EO is the ability to DECLASSIFY documents given to the VP.
