It's exactly the same kind of tactic. Also, ira had conections with ghadafi (there goes the idea that medeling is just 1 sided) and left wing extreme movements all over europe are/were conected to pal resist by terrorism (olimpic games atack). In the end, all of these have political/ economic ties with each other, with drug and arm trade etc.

@pepelemoko01 nobody actually knows what's inside gaza, in and outside the tunels. Satelite survailence and "the siege" have flaws as there is no perfection. Too many unkowns.
