  1. Well written. Yes, the tribal locations should have been better analized when de-colonizing. If you observe a map of african devided along tribal lines it would be a very different africa, insted of 52 country there would be 1000. But the problem isn't tribal but the fact these countries are big and rich meaning absolute central power is very appetizing. Add that to a population without a tradition of politics and literacy and it's a recipe for disaster.
