@Lo.0se the idea that rus and china are strong allies is just perception (made from very good propaganda) but no, they are not. They are temporary allies of circumstances but they actually don't fully help one another. Examples? Well, observe central asia political power plays. Golf buggeys isn't exactly a military allied sale. The signs are there. Fun fact: china and russia do have a border territory dispute, hence why china declares itself an artic country. 🤷‍♀️ It is what it is.
